While on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, nearly every morning I would take a quiet yet vigorous walk on the beach.  This was my alone time, this was my "breathing" time.  It always amazed me how different the beach was at sunrise than just a few hours later.  There was a coolness to the air, the tide was so calm, the colors in the sky...too vibrant to believe, the hues in the water too serene to be felt, there were no motorized sports going on, there were no venders on the shore selling their wares....just a quiet stretch of beach...and those early morning fishermen fishing for the "catch of the day".  Take a moment with me here...a way to start (or restart) your day...quiet your mind, take in the cool morning ocean mist, view the beautiful colors and get your little bit of "breathing" time.
