watercolor (22" x 30")

What fun to have a child!
Their view and perspective on life is so fresh and pure.
And our daughter is no exception, she truly is a blessing in our lives.
I asked for her help in titling today's piece...
"Hippo-licious" is what she blurted out!
How could I resist?

Today's piece is available, email me if you are interested.

White on White

"White on White"
watercolor (7" x 10")

How hard is it to blend in when you think you are sticking out?
How hard is it to stand out when you think you are just blending in?
Even a white gardenia can standout on a white table, its all about catching the light.
How are you catching the light?

today's piece is available, email me if interested

Morning Ride- SOLD!

"Morning Ride"
watercolor (6" x 6")

There's this street in Pasadena called Green St.
Its a lovely street...
one way, a canopy of established trees,
and assortment of little shops and restaurants.
Once a week I travel down this street in the early morning hour,
the light streaming in can sometimes be magical.

Today's piece was done for this weeks DPW's challenge hosted by the wonderful artist Carol Carmichael.
She challenged us fellow artists to capture "The Wheel"
